About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the sales team in our head office in Wembley as a Sales Administrator. As a Sales Administrator this role is pivotal to our field sales team to ensure a smooth process for new and existing accounts/customers. This role will allow you to put your administrative skills to good use, within a highly analytical role.

You will be responsible for

Providing full support to all Account Managers including various customer sales data

Updating an in-house CRM system utilising prior experience of using one

Liaising with customers on a daily basis ensuring a fantastic service

Utilising your intermediate excel skills to update reports and complete functions which consist of V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and Formulae

Maintaining customers pricing files (Special Prices input)

Assist Account Managers in the tender process for new customers (Quotations and information)

Preparation of remittances and rebates

Preparation of Purchase orders and manual cheques

Understanding financial terms such as margins, percentages, and general quick maths

You will need

Previous Sales Administration experience (ideally in the FMCG industry)

Intermediate excel skills- MUST have experience of V-Lookups, Pivot Tables

Customer service experience - good telephone manner

Excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Previous knowledge of using a CRM system- Full training will be given but this will be advantageous

Multi-tasking skills, this role is fast paced

Understanding on Customer pricing portals (Procure wizard would be advantageous)
