About the role

The Stock & Admin Manager will ensure day to day functions of the administration and processes for the management of the department are completed in order to support the distribution operation. This role will also oversee the daily running of all clerical support functions for the depot including the management of Senior Ops and Warehouse Clerical colleagues.

You will also have responsibility for running reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the distribution centre has the appropriate levels of hardware needed to meet operational demand. Identifying efficiencies within the administration and and flow of stock in and out of the Distribution Centre

You will be responsible for

Managing a team of Senior Ops and Warehouse Clerical colleagues.

Management of Warehouse Management systems including opportunities and solutions

Goods in management

Complete daily cycle counts

Ensuring trend analysis reporting is completed and improvements identified

Run daily and weekly reports for operational requirements

Maintenance of Depot layout

 

 

You will need

Team management experience 

3-5 years experience in a warehouse environment  

Previous experience using a Warehouse management system

You should be PC literate and comfortable using Excel, and analysing verbal and numerical data

The successful candidate should have experience of leading a team, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage, train and coach colleagues to be their very best.
