About the role
This is a National role involving a substantial amount of travel that is both challenging and exciting where you will use your knowledge and experience to deliver process and legal compliance across our sites. Working in a small team you will assist in the preparation of risk based audits and conduct compliance audits.
You will also be the point of contact to provide guidance and technical advice to the business, as required. There will be some computer based reporting involved.
You will be responsible for
- Ensuring compliance with financial and legal controls and requirements as well as company policy
- Making appropriate recommendations for the improvement of existing controls
- Helping to provide consultancy advice in establishing risk control procedures
- The preparation of risk based audit plans
- Providing assistance in dealing with audit related queries
You will need
To be educated to graduate level or equivalent or possess the relevant auditing experience with excellent operational systems and process experience and the desire to undertake a varied and challenging role. Good verbal, written and analytical skills are also required along with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
Good organisational skills, flexibility and a full UK driving licence are key to the role as you will be required to travel across the UK, staying overnight as required.
